Greene Valley Forest Preserve
We will be walking at Greene Valley Forest Preserve this morning. Meet in the south parking lot located on Greene Rd., 1/4 mile south of 79th St.

We will be meeting at the Piazza for Taco Tuesday, the second Tuesday of the month. Tacos and cocktails for purchase.
Come out and enjoy an evening of creating beautiful fall-themed floral arrangements. All materials, flowers, containers and tools will be provided along with instruction on how to create your own beautiful arrangement to take home. Soft drinks and small snacks will also be provided. BYOB if interested. Class cost is $70 per person and you will be sent a link to pay once you register.

The Chicagoland Buddy Walk supports individuals with Down syndrome and their families. They are looking for help as greeters, selling raffle tickets, staffing the games/crafts area and more. There are jobs as short as 45 minutes and even some before the event day!
You must also sign up for a slot via their website https://chicagolandbuddywalk.org/volunteer.
St. James Farm Forest Preserve

Dutchman Heating and Cooling.
Mike will discuss the changing world of heating and cooling, including all the regulations and costs involved with making your home energy efficient, heat pumps and the state of Freon usage. Big changes coming in 1-1-2025!!

• Naperville Newcomers will supply a minimum of 10 individuals to act as zombies in the zombie maze from 6:30pm-10:00pm
• Zombie maze actors will dress and act like zombies. Costumes and makeup will be appropriate for a family friendly event
In return, NNNC will be sent a check for $2000.00

Potluck Lunch will be at the home of Carolyn Klein with Kathy Pettit co-hosting. There will be a Halloween theme - wear costumes (at least a hat) and decorate your dishes ghoulishly!
We will be walking and enjoying the autumn colors at Morton Arboretum this morning and will eat lunch afterwards at the Gingko Cafe. Registration is required.
