April Helping Hands Service Project

This month’s Helping Hands is asking that you donate to a longtime business Serendipity that has now moved from downtown Naperville to a new and bigger location. They are now located at the Marketplace shopping center 461 Illinois Rt 59 in Aurora. Located right next to the Hobby Lobby corner of Rt 59 & 75th St.

Serendipity is a resale shop that offers clothes to men and women. They also have household items and unique collectables. Serendipity is all run by volunteers and the money they make is then used to help Little Friends also in Naperville. Little Friends helps all ages with Autism and people with disabilities and teaches them to live and work in their communities.

Right now there is a need for GOOD condition clothing. Also, they’re asking if you want to donate household items that you limit them to “collectible" items at this time. Please no linens.

They are open Monday - Saturday 10am - 5pm . Closed Sundays

We ask that when you shop or donate please let them know that you are with Naperville Newcomers and Neighbors. Please donate between April 19th - 30th.
