LNO-Outdoor Tai Chi Class
About this event
Back by popular demand-come enjoy an outdoor tai chi class taught by a professional tai chi instructor. The instructor will also introduce us to Qigong-excercises to optomize energy within the mind, body & spirit. Class will be held outdoors in the joint backyards of Char and Celeste (752 & 746 S. River Road). Please dress in comfortable clothes you can move around in and bring a water bottle if you wish. After the 1-hour class we will enjoy drinks and munchies at Char's patio.
