First Tuesday Book Discussion
Meetings begin at 12:30 in the home of a member. We
have lunch (provided by the hostess) and follow that
up with a discussion of our book for that month. We
choose our books for the following year at our June
potluck - they can be of any literary genre. Lunar Literati (Evening Book Club) Presidential Book Discussion Bridge Party bridge is a fun and totally social activity. There are several, two table groups to join. There are evening, early afternoon, and morning sessions, some with current openings. Canasta
Couples BUNCO This couples activity meets about four times a year on a Saturday evening to roll dice, drink wine and have some fun! If you are single, that's ok too- bring your mom, dad, or sister!
Couples Pinochle
This group meets at 7 P.M. on the fourth
Saturday of each month in a home of one
of its members on a rotating basis. If
you are interested in playing the game,
whether a novice, current player, or a
rusty player, come join us for a night
of fun and good cards!
Daytime BUNCO
We meet on the last
Wednesday of each month, at 11:30 a.m.
for refreshments and then play for two
hours. We have dessert and
conversation at the end and divide up
the prizes! We all put in $5. to play.
It's easy to learn this "4 to a table"
dice game.
Canasta Mahjongg
Mahjongg
meets the third Thursday of every
month @ 9:30 a.m. We play
Wright-Patterson rules. The rules
and hands are based on ancient
Chinese game. The rules were
copyrighted in 1963. There are many
different kinds of Mahjongg and many
ways to play. The rules are
different each way you play but they
are similar also! We teach
newcomers.
Daytime Pinochle Spades Is a partnership bidding card game that meets at a members house at 1 p.m. on the 2nd Wednesday of each month. The suit of Spades is always trump and the object of the game is to win the number of tricks that your team bids. It is a fun game and anyone interested in playing is welcome.

Evening BUNCO
BUNCO is a dice game that is easy to
learn and requires no previous
experience or skills to play.
We usually meet on a Thursday
evening once a month from 7:00 until
9-9:30. The hostess provides
snacks and beverages.
The fee for each player is a
$5.00. At the end of the game, the
money is distributed according to
player’s score. Evening Mahjongg
Rusty Bridge is for women who have played bridge in the past, but not recently, or who never really learned the game and played the game to any great extent. It is not for women who don't know how to play and want to learn how to play. We meet the first Monday of the month at 7 P.M. at various member's homes. Artistic Endeavors
Chat & Stitch This is a group that congregates monthly for a morning of fun and conversation while working on our own individual hand-crafted projects. Photography
The Photography group consists of two activities, every month there's a LESSON ABOUT A CERTAIN THEME and then, a FIELD TRIP to practice the newly obtained information. The group is for everyone who likes (to learn) to take (better) pictures. It's a fun group that meets the second and fourth Wednesday morning of the month at 9.30am.
Quilting We are a group of quilters with varied sewing experiences and expertise, and we share tips at each meeting. We try to make one joint project each year for Make, Bake and Buy; and work on our own individual projects otherwise. Sometimes we set up our machines and hold a Quilting Bee morning. Other times we go on a Shop Hop (for fabrics) and then stop along the way for lunch. We meet once a month at each others homes, or collectively at a shop and continue on together for a morning through early afternoon of fun Quilt Shop Hoping. On rare occasion we have been known to take a long weekend Quilting Retreat together where we sew most of the day and play cards most of the night.

Scrapbooking The daytime scrapbook group meets the second Tuesday of the month from 12-3:00 P.M. Evening scrapbook takes place the first and third Monday from 7-10:00P.M. Beyond Moms & Tots Monthly meetings of lunch or dinner to meet & socialize with others moms of school age children.

who get together the
first Friday evening
of the month at 6:30
to 9:30 or so.
We are all about
good food, easy
conversation and
lots of fun.
The hostess of the
month picks the
theme and all are
requested to bring a
dish to pass and
whatever you would
like to drink.
Ladies’ Night Out
This is a group that meets at different restaurants for great food and lively conversation every month and through the summer. We try a variety of different cuisines, in Naperville and surrounding areas. We focus on established favorites as well as new restaurants. All have been previously tested for atmosphere, service and of course delicious food.
TGIF Social This is a casual mixer for everyone who would like to get the weekend off to a friendly start! Meets the third Friday of the month at 6:00-9:00 P.M. Bring an hors d'oeuvre and whatever you would like to drink. Coffee Shop Chat

Discussion Group If you do not know the difference between a stock or a bond, a CD or a money market, or would just like to become more comfortable with financial terms, come join us! Our focus is on learning what it takes to become financially independent. If you are a novice investor or have years of experience, there's something for you in these lively discussions.

with others. We usually meet the first Wednesday of the month for lunch and a movie. When you RSVP we will tell you the restaurant and the time we will meet. The movie is decided on either Monday or Tuesday. We even accept last minute reservations. Russian Conversation Добро пожаловать! Everyone is welcome if you are interested in Russian culture, history, language, cuisine, old and modern Russia. We speak both English and Russian. Walkers Walkers meet at 9:30 A.M. on the third Monday of the month at different locations throughout town. Afterwards, we usually go out for a lunch.
Girls on
Bikes We begin in late spring and run through the summer. We meet at Springbrook Prairie once a week. All levels are welcome!
Moms & Tots We have several playgroups that meet each week. When someone signs up, they choose a playgroup that they would like to join. In addition to our playgroups, we share information with each other through a Yahoo Groups listserve. We also have a Moms' Night Out, an educational series, and a babysitting circle that runs on a token system.
