First Tuesday Book Discussion
This is a large and lively group that meets every first Tuesday of the month to discuss books of any literary genre. We have two groups that meet at either 10:30 a.m. or 12:30 p.m.
We meet the fourth Tuesday of every month, end our discussion around noon, then head out to a nearby restaurant for lunch. We love to welcome new members!
Lunar Literati (Evening Book Group)
We meet the second Monday of the month at 7:15 in the evening. Please join us for an always interesting discussion.
Presidential Book Group
We meet every first Tuesday of the month at 10:00 a.m. at the Naperville Police Station. You are welcome to join us for a lively book discussion and lunch at a local restaurant, even if you have not finished the reading. Canasta
We meet every fourth Tuesday of the month at 9:15 a.m. at a local restaurant in Naperville. After lunch and conversation, we continue playing until about 2:30 p.m. Newcomers are always welcome to come learn to play with 5 decks. Our rules are very simple, but loads of fun.
Bunco and Lunch
We play this fun dice game for a couple of hours, beginning at 10:00 a.m., then go to a local restaurant for a bite to eat. Come and join us - you may go home a winner!
Evening BUNCO BUNCO is a dice game that is easy to learn and requires no previous experience or skills to play. We usually meet on a Thursday evening once a month from 7:00 p.m. until 9-9:30 p.m. The hostess provides snacks and beverages.
Let's Play Euchre!
Join our group of fun loving ladies to play Euchre. We meet every third Friday at 9:15 a.m. at a local restaurant in Naperville. We will play until around 1:00 p.m. You are invited to stay for lunch and more conversation. Come join the fun!
Mahjongg
Mahjongg meets the third Thursday of every month at 9:30 a.m. We play Wright-Patterson Rules. The rules and hands are based on the ancient Chinese game. The rules were copyrighted in 1963. There are many different kinds of Mahjongg and many ways to play. The rules are different each way you play, but they are similar also! We welcome beginners to experts. We will teach you.
Pinochle
Our group usually meets the second Thursday of the month. We meet for lunch at 11:30 a.m. at a local restaurant chosen by our monthly hostess and then we head back to her house for cards.
Rusty Bridge
The Rusty Bridge group meets on the first Monday of each month. Any bridge player interested in brushing up on their "skills" is invited. All skill levels are welcome!
Spades
Is a partnership bidding card game that meets at a member’s house at 1 p.m. on the second Wednesday of each month. The suit of Spades is always trump and the object of the game is to win the number of tricks that your team bids. It is a fun game and anyone interested in playing is welcome.
Artistic Endeavors
This group plans what art techniques or mediums will be explored during the calendar year, and determines what artistic resources group members may have (for example, somebody might be able to lead a class, or has a talented friend). If there is time, a craft might be completed. New members are encouraged to attend!
Chat & Stitch
The Chat & Stitch group meets every second Friday of the month for a morning of fun and conversation, while working on your own individual hand-crafted projects.
Photography
Any budding photographers out there? Come along to a very inspiring workshop on the first Thursday of the month. We discuss a technique and a theme, and then on the third Thursday of the month, we go out for a field trip and practice taking photographs pertaining to that theme! Everybody is welcome, it doesn't matter what camera you have or how much/little experience you have. The workshops are from 9:15 a.m. until 11:30 a.m.
Quilting
We are a group of quilters with varied sewing experiences and expertise, and we share tips at each meeting. We try to make one joint project each year for the Make, Bake and Buy fundraiser and work on our own individual projects otherwise. Sometimes, we set up our machines and hold a Quilting Bee morning. Other times, we go on a Shop Hop (for fabrics) and then stop along the way for lunch. We meet once a month at a member’s home, or collectively at a shop, and continue on together for a morning through early afternoon of fun Quilt Shop Hopping. On occasion, we have been known to take a long weekend Quilting Retreat together where we sew most of the day and play cards most of the night.
Rubber Stamping - 4th Tuesday PM
Want to play with ink and watercolors and paper and ribbon?!! This is for adults!! Join the Rubber Stamping Activity Group on the fourth Tuesday of every month to spend a couple of hours working on your own fun rubber stamping projects. Make birthday cards, gift cards, handmade gifts! Never tried rubber stamping? We’ll help you get started. Bring your own plain white paper or card stock or items to stamp and any supplies that you would like. Learn a new stamping technique every month! We’ll share our stamps and ideas as we socialize and inspire each other to create with rubber stamps! If you are new to rubber stamping, we’ll be happy to share our stamps and ink pads to get you started! New stampers are always welcome!
Scrapbooking
Scrapbooking is usually the second Tuesday of the month. New scrapbookers and old are welcome to attend. All you need to bring are your photos, and we can help you get started. We all have a good time working on our projects and getting caught up on what’s happening at NNNC. We meet from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Breakfast Bunch
The Breakfast Bunch gets together once a month at various local breakfast haunts to have the most wonderful time! Newcomers are always welcome -- even at the last minute!
CNO - Couples Night Out
The group will go out to dinner and listen to live music in downtown Naperville. Join in for a fun and entertaining evening. Come on your own or with a friend or spouse. Hope to see you there!
Daytime Potluck
This is a very
informal fun
gathering. (There is
no pressure what so
ever!) If you only
cook or bake with
your wallet, that is
absolutely
acceptable! The
whole purpose is to
have fun with your
friends and meet new
ones.
This group gets

Evening Potluck A casual group of couples or singles who get together the first Friday evening of the month at 6:30 to 9:30 or so. We are all about good food, easy conversation, and lots of fun. The host and/or hostess of the month picks the theme and everyone brings a dish to pass, and whatever they would like to drink.
International Cooking
Our members meet monthly to learn about and prepare different ethnic dishes from around the world. The time is from 9:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. We invite new members to join us and experience the joy of international cooking!
LNO - Ladies Night Out

Do lunch This is a group that meets at different restaurants for great food and lively conversation every month and through the summer. We try a variety of different cuisines in Naperville and surrounding areas. We focus on established favorites, as well as new restaurants. All have been previously tested for atmosphere, service and, of course, delicious food.
TGIF
Social This is a casual mixer for everyone who would like to get the weekend off to a friendly start! We meet on a Friday each month after 6:30 p.m., and enjoy friendly chat, cocktails, and appetizers before heading out to our own scheduled Friday nights. Bring your own refreshments, and a plate of munchies to share. We love to welcome new members!
Wine Tasting Group
For those of you who enjoy drinking wines from around the world, or are interested in learning more about wine and it's many flavors and characteristics, then this group is for you! We will sample 6 or more wines in a blind tasting (we'll cover the bottles, no peeking!). It's always fun to discover some hidden gems and you'll leave with a list of the wines we tasted and where to purchase them.

We meet the second Monday of the month, at different coffee shops for conversation. Come for an hour, or drop in to say "Hi"! Take a coffee break with us!
Conversacion Latina
We welcome anyone who speaks Spanish to practice, or simply to talk. Damos la bienvenida a quienes hablan Espanol, para practicar o simplemente hablar. Nuestras reuniones se llevaran a cabo el segundo lunes de cada mes.
French Conversation
Bonjour a vous tous! We are a group of French speaking newcomers and neighbors. We welcome anyone who speaks the French language. We have members from different French speaking countries and from here as well. Our meetings are the first Tuesday and third Friday of each month at 10:00 a.m.
International
Conversation
Group We meet once a month, from 9:30 until noon. We talk about our different cultures, countries and, cuisine. It’s a great way to meet new friends and just chat.
Investment Discussion Group
If you don't know the difference between a stock or a bond, a CD or a money market, or would just like to become more comfortable with financial terms, come join us! Our focus is on learning what it takes to become financially independent. If you're a novice investor or have years of experience, there's something for you in these lively discussions. We meet from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on the third Thursday of each month.
Movies Anyone?
Come on out and join us for lunch and a movie! We usually meet the first Wednesday of the month. When you R.S.V.P., we tell you the movie and the lunch location. Normally, the movie is chosen by the day before the outing. We accept last minute calls and usually meet for lunch around 11:30 a.m. and catch a movie at about 1:00 p.m.
Russian Conversation
Добро пожаловать! Everybody is welcome who is interested in Russian Culture, History, Language, Cuisine, Modern Russia, and Russians! We speak both English and Russian. We meet at noon every last Wednesday of the month. Every meeting will have a topic to discuss, we learn and share the experience, have time to enjoy talking to each other, and have a meal.
Shop Chicago
A once a month, our group car pools to various shopping areas to find the best buys. Some shopping venues are close, and others far, but no matter what, we always have a fun time and find great bargains!
Trips & Tours
Our group organizes trips and tours for the NNNC members. We take day-long excursions to various points of interest in the comfort of a tour bus. Join us for our next trip!
Walkers Walkers meet at 9:30 a.m. on the third Monday of the month at different locations throughout town. Afterwards, we usually go out for a lunch.
Moms & Tots
We have several playgroups that meet each week. Moms join a specific playgroup, then take turns hosting either at their home or another kid-friendly location. Each group also has a monthly Mom’s Night Out activity. In addition to our playgroups, we share information and recommendations with each other through a Yahoo Groups listserve. Interested moms are invited to join us for Open Playgroup the third Thursday of each month.
